  1. 1 Titus Lartius, having set a guard upon Corioles, going with drum and
  2. 2 trumpet toward Cominius and Caius Martius, enters with a Lieutenant,
  3. 3 other Soldiers, and a Scout.
  4. 4 LARTIUS.
  5. 5 So, let the ports be guarded. Keep your duties
  6. 6 As I have set them down. If I do send, dispatch
  7. 7 Those centuries to our aid; the rest will serve
  8. 8 For a short holding. If we lose the field,
  9. 9 We cannot keep the town.
  10. 10 LIEUTENANT.
  11. 11 Fear not our care, sir.
  12. 12 LARTIUS.
  13. 13 Hence, and shut your gates upon’s.
  14. 14 Our guider, come. To th’ Roman camp conduct us.
